MedDetect Reports

MedDetect offers a valuable tool for gaining the most complete picture of a plaintiff’s recent medical history, with a focus on prescribing doctors and pharmacies which fill those prescriptions.

MedDetect provides a five year listing of:

• Prescribing doctors
• Pharmacy locations where prescriptions were filled, including dosages
• Physician and pharmacy contact information, including phone number and address

MedDetect can reveal:

• Undisclosed physicians or treatments
• Whether a patient filled a prescription
• Evidence of pre-existing conditions
• Additional provider records to be retrieved

Due to a special agreement with national Pharmacy Benefits Managers, MedDetect reports pull prescription and prescriber information directly from pharmacy, insurance, and Medicare/Medicaid records. MRC and Texas Outsource Group offer this valuable key information at the low cost of $95/report. Reports are typically available within 24 hours of order placement. With client permission, we can also automatically order relevant records from the providers identified in these reports, providing counsel with a more detailed view of patient medical history and potential exposures.
